Our 1206CS Series wirewound chip inductors come in a wide range of values and have exceptionally high Q factors compared to non-wirewound inductors. The ceramic construction gives the highest possible self-resonant frequencies – as high as 6.2 GHz. They meet AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) standards, making them ideal for automotive and other high-temperature applications.
  • Inductance values from 3.3 nH to 1200 nH (tolerances as low as 1%)
  • Exceptionally high Q compared to non-wirewound inductors, especially at high frequencies
  • Ceramic construction for highest possible self resonance (as high as 6200 MHz)
  • Excellent current carrying capacity for their size
  • AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (−40°C to +125°C)

  5. SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8720D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
