The 0402ME chip inductors were designed to be comparable with Murata's LQW15A and LQW15AN. They are available in 20 inductance values from 1.5 nH to 56 nH, most at 2% tolerance.
For new designs, please consider the Coilcraft
0402HP, which offers higher Q and better current handling than the 0402ME.
