See 0402DF for the widest inductance range (20 to 3300 nH) and much lower DCR (up to 45% lower).
Our 0402AF Series was our first generation of 0402 wirewound ferrite beads. It has impedance values from 11 Ohms to 330 Ohms at 100 MHz and high current handling vs ceramic constructions of similar values. For much lower DCR, consider our newer 0402DF Series.

  2. Inductance measured at 7.9 MHz, 0.1 Vrms, using an Agilent/HP 4286A LCR meter or equivalent with a Coilcraft SMD-F test fixture and Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
  3. Tolerances in bold are stocked for immediate shipment.
  4. SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
  5. DCR measured on Cambridge Technology micro-ohmmeter and a Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  6. Irms: Current that causes a 15°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient.This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Because of their open construction, these parts will not saturate.

Termination:

  • L = RoHS compliant gold over nickel over silver-palladium-glass frit.
  • T = RoHS tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5)(Special order, added cost)
  • S = non-RoHS tin-lead (63/37)(Special order, added cost)
