Ferrite Chip Inductors

RoHS-konform Halogenfrei AEC-Q flag
Our 0603LS Series wirewound chip inductors have a ferrite-ceramic core construction that provides higher current handling and lower DCR in an 0603 (1608) chip size. Inductance values range from 47 nH to 22 uH and ±5% and ±2% tolerance values are stocked and ready for shipment.

  1. When ordering, please specify tolerancetermination and packaging codes: e.g. 0603LS-223XGRC
  2. Inductance measured at 0.1 Vrms, using Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in Agilent/HP 4286A impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
  3. Tolerances in bold are stocked for immediate shipment.
  4. SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
  5. DCR measured at 25°C using a Cambridge Technology Micro-ohmmeter. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  6. Current that causes a 15°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient. Because of their open construction, these parts will not saturate. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.
  7. Each part is marked with a single dot. The color dots are not unique identifiers and correspond to multiple inductance values. Details
