GA309x and WA309x Series

Mini Air Core Inductors

Our GA309x / WA309x Series miniature air core inductors have extremely high Q factors and very tight inductance tolerances, making them suitable for narrowband RF amplifier matching and tuning applications. As their name implies, air core inductors do not use a magnetic core, resulting in their high Q and the lowest possible losses for high-frequency applications.

Inductance and Q measured at 150 MHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 A using an Agilent/HP 4291A impedance analyzer or equivalent with an Agilent/HP 16193A test fixture.
SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer or equivalent and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. Details
DCR measured at 25°C using a micro-ohmeter. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
Irms: Current that causes a 15°C temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.

C = 7″ machine-ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape (GA3092 - GA3095 250 parts per full reel; WA3096, WA3097 400 parts per full reel). Quantities less than full reel available: in tape (not machine ready) or with leader and trailer ($25 charge).
B = Less than full reel. In an effort to simplify our part numbering system, Coilcraft is eliminating the need for multiple packaging codes. When ordering, simply change the last letter of your part number from B to C.
