VRM/VRD Power Inductors

RoHS-konform AEC-Q flag

Coilcraft low-profile MVR Series shielded power inductors are great for high current DC-DC converters and VRM/VRD controllers. High-temperature, low-loss materials do not exhibit thermal aging. The MVR1251T is also AEC Q200 Grade 1 qualified (−40°C to +125°C).

  1. When ordering, please specify termination and packaging codes: e.g. MVR1278C-232MLC
  2. Inductance measured at 500 kHz, 0.1 Vrms using an Agilent/HP 4284A LCR meter or equivalent.
  3. DCR measured at 25°C on a micro-ohmmeter. For other operating temperatures, use this DCR at Temperature calculator.
  4. SRF measured on an Agilent/HP 8753ES
  5. Isat: DC current at which the inductance drops 30% (typ) for MVR12xxC and 20% (typ) for MVR12xxT from its value without current. Temperature derating curves.
  6. Irms: Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings. Temperature derating curves.

  • T = RoHS tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5)(Special order, added cost)

Verpackung:

  • C = 7″ machine-ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape. Quantities less than full reel available: in tape (not machine ready) or with leader and trailer ($25 charge).
  • B = Less than full reel. In an effort to simplify our part numbering system, Coilcraft is eliminating the need for multiple packaging codes. When ordering, simply change the last letter of your part number from B to C.
  • D = 13″ machine-ready reel. EIA-481 embossed plastic tape. Factory order only, not stocked.
